REINTERPRETED FOR NOW.
Infused with the timeless aesthetics and design principles known from the Calgari studio, this classic chronograph is poised for everyday city exploration. It boasts a 40mm stainless-steel case and tactical sailcloth strap, complemented by a minute and hour counter, sapphire crystal, diamond cut hands and markers, oversized serrated crown and artful case back. It’s powered by a reliable mechaquartz movement, with a striking feature—the sweeping second hand has you mesmerised with analog mechanics as an ode to traditional watchmaking. It endures water depths of up to 50m while seamlessly blending style and functionality, it embodies a universal spirit of adventure and embraces the design philosophy of Calgari.
HYBRID MOVEMENT
The Mecha-quartz is a so-called hybrid combining technologies found in quartz and mechanical movements to create a beating heart that balances the advantages of each. The timekeeping mechanism is essentially quartz. A quartz crystal regulator connected to a series of gears moves the timekeeping hands. When you press the pusher to start the chronograph, the center seconds hand starts moving as with any chronograph. However, you'll notice that it moves like a mechanical chronograph and doesn't tick in one-second intervals. This seconds hand moves five times per second, giving you the same accuracy you'd expect from an automatic chronograph.
When you reset the chronograph, the real "meca" part of the equation comes into play. Using components taken directly from Seiko's own in-house mechanical chronographs, the chronograph hands are disengaged from the quartz motor and snapped back to zero. This means you don't get that sweep back to zero that is typical with standard quartz chronographs. Instead, you get both the look and feel of a mechanical chronograph.
All pieces in our chronograph collection have a distinctive polished plate contrasting the horizontal brushed case side. They are engraved with a unique number showcasing the limited production of these references.
OUR TAKE ON AN ART-DECO DIAL
The dial of the Pierre Morlet reveals a harmonious blend of 1950s vintage allure and traditional influences, offering a fresh perspective on a bi-compax chronograph. Contemporary and functional, it features a green porcelain dial on which the raised rosé gold hour-markers and two subdials with azurage finish are positioned. The dial has a clean enamel surface, building on the overall dressy aesthetics. The rosé gold diamond-cut hour and minute hands have an elegant, needle-like silhouette that completes the watch's versatile character.

SLIM 11,6MM CONTOUR
The Pierre Morlet is a dressy chronograph that harmoniously blends modernity with subtle vintage aesthetics. Inspired by the 1950s, its 40mm diameter case is made of fine 316L stainless steel with an elegant domed bezel. Thanks to the different finishes, the piece plays superbly with light: horizontal brushed along the case middle, circular on the lugs, and polished bezel.
FUNCTIONAL BLEND
Our tactical sail cloth strap has a brushed buckle and is made from quick-drying canvas with inner
leather lining and has additional leather protection to make it most durable. The case is rendered in sturdy stainless-steel for a timelessly sleek look that offers enduring style and versatile utility for daily wear.
A UNIQUE NARRATIVE
