Terms of Service
These Terms of Service apply to all purchases made through the Calgari website.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Nothing in these Terms of Service limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.

2. Applicability
These Terms of Service apply to every offer, order, and agreement between Calgari B.V. and the customer in relation to products sold through our website.
If specific product conditions apply in addition to these Terms, the customer may always rely on the provision that is most favorable to them.
3. Products and offers
We make every effort to describe and display our products as accurately as possible.
Images, colors, materials, and finishes may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings.
Obvious errors or mistakes in pricing, product descriptions, or availability are not binding on Calgari.
4. Prices
All prices shown on our website are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Shipping costs, if any, will be shown clearly before checkout.
Calgari reserves the right to change prices at any time before an order is placed.
The price confirmed at checkout is the price that applies to your order.
5. Orders and contract formation
A purchase agreement is formed once your order has been placed and accepted by Calgari.
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
Calgari reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, or product unavailability.
If an order is canceled after payment has been made, the amount paid will be refunded.
6. Payment
Payment can be made using the payment methods offered at checkout.
Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully received.
If payment is unsuccessful or declined, Calgari may cancel the order.
7. Delivery
Calgari will process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.
Estimated delivery times are shown on the website or at checkout. These are estimates and not guarantees.
If a delivery is significantly delayed, Calgari will inform the customer as soon as reasonably possible.
The customer is responsible for providing a correct delivery address. If an incorrect address is provided, additional shipping costs may apply.
8. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer purchasing online within the European Union, you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason.
Calgari offers a 30-day return period. Full details, including return conditions and instructions, are set out on our Returns & Warranty page.
Where products are clearly personalized, custom-made, or otherwise excluded by law, the right of withdrawal may not apply. Any such exclusion will be clearly stated before purchase.
9. Returns and refunds
Returns must be made in accordance with the instructions on our Returns & Warranty page.
Returned products must be in original, unworn, and resellable condition, including all packaging, accessories, and documentation.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and approved.
10. Legal guarantee and commercial warranty
Consumers in the EU benefit from a minimum 2-year legal guarantee for goods that are faulty or not as described. This right exists independently of any commercial warranty.
All Calgari watches are covered by a 2-year international warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not affect your statutory consumer rights under applicable law. Full details are set out on our Returns & Warranty page.
The warranty does not cover:

normal wear and tear

accidental damage

misuse or improper handling

unauthorized repairs or modifications

straps and accessories, unless stated otherwise
11. Product care and water resistance
Customers are responsible for using and caring for their watch in accordance with the product specifications and care instructions.
Water resistance ratings apply only under normal conditions and do not guarantee protection against all forms of water exposure, impact, or misuse.
Damage caused by improper use, including incorrect crown operation or failure to follow care instructions, is not covered by warranty.
12. Complaints
If you have a complaint, please contact us at support@calgariwatches.com.
We aim to respond to complaints within 14 days.
If a complaint requires more time, we will inform you accordingly.
13. Privacy
Calgari processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
By using our website and placing an order, you acknowledge that your personal data will be processed in accordance with that policy.
14. Changes to these Terms
Calgari may update these Terms of Service from time to time.
The version published on the website at the time of purchase applies to your order.
15. Governing law
These Terms of Service are governed by Dutch law.
If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you also retain any mandatory protections granted by the laws of your country of residence.
